No. APC-AIGS is an independent research and convening initiative. It does not issue binding regulation or legal approvals.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. Our work can inform governance and risk decisions, but legal advice should come from qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
Can organizations request a briefing?
Yes. Briefings are scoped around the audience, decision context, and topic urgency.
